CHALLENGE

The FlexManage SharePoint site needed major work. Employee resources were unorganized and hard to find. Employees would often reach out to HR for the resources they needed instead of using SharePoint, because it was so difficult to navigate. It required major reorganization and an overall facelift.

SOLUTION

I worked with the FlexManage SharePoint Development Team to redesign the company Intranet site. I was in charge of designing the new logo and layout and - with the help of our SharePoint developers - we brought my vision to life. The new Intranet site, rebranded as "Wheelhouse," was easy to navigate, find company information and stay updated with important announcements and news.
